Bella Regazza means “Beautiful woman” in Italian. I wanted to write a song for Chelsey that incorporated a part of her into it. Plus it had been a while since I’d written a “sexy” song. The other Italian bit says “You were a beautiful waste of time” which in the Italian culture would be considered a compliment.
